The HydroSANDER Paver Joint Sand System was designed to reduce labor costs during the critical phase of sweeping sand into the joints.  Joints must be completely filled with a coarse, structural sand for the pavement to distribute loads properly.  The HydroSANDER fills joints completely and in less time with less labor. 

The HydroSANDER consists of (2) rotating brushes powered by a 5.5 HP gas engine.  The overlapping brushes create a forward drive making the unit easier to push.  It provides consistent joints – usually in a single pass – and cuts labor by over 50%. 

500 sq. ft. can be completely filled in 15 minutes.

Wet sand will no longer prevent a job from being completed as the HydroSANDER is designed to work with wet sand.
