• Fully hydraulic operation. Hydraulic grippers squeeze the wall of the products - allowing green product to be removed from the manufacturing area sooner. Adjustment for different size ranges is done hydraulically.
• Extremely versatile. Capable of handling manhole barrels (bases & risers), single cones, box sections and more.  The RKZ is ideal for clearing the manufacturing area and for loading trucks.
• No radial pressure exerted on products. Clamping is done by (2) hydraulic grippers which grab the wall 180° apart from one another, exerting no radial pressure and allowing green products to be cleared out to the yard at a much earlier stage.
• Extremely efficient. One clamp, and one forklift, handle your highest volume products.  Also capable of handling multiple riser sections at one time.

RKZ-Series are fully Hydraulic Clamps designed to safely and efficiently transport manhole bases & risers as well as cones and other precast products.  The versatility and efficiency of the RKZ makes it ideal for high-production, dry-cast operations to clear manufacturing areas and load trucks.  The hydraulic operation keeps the operator in the forklift cab even for opening width adjustment (an advantage over our mechanical grabs).  The RKZ handles manhole barrels, bases, risers and cones resulting in significant reductions in truck loading times and manufacturing area "clear-out" times.

With the RKZ one fork truck can handle all manhole products between 24" and 60" I.D.

The typical RKZ configuration includes the following components:

• Crane Boom KA (saves lifting height) or Fork Sleeves
